If at any time you are not 100% happy with the work completed, our Operations Manager will happily return, at no extra cost to you and redo part or all of the work until you are satisfied with the end result. - Company with Trained / Qualified Technicians, eg: IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Cleaning) or The Daniels Associates and a member of SCRIA (Specialised Cleaning & Restoration Industry Association), IICRC Certified Firm.
- Understanding of – Carpet / Upholstery Fibres, Chemicals & PH Scale, knowledge of usage of chemicals.
- True Truck Mounted Machines – Ask if the equipment is a true truck mount or a portable machine with booster pumps, they are out their !

All of our Technicians are employees, NOT sub-contractors floating from one company to another.
