We have over 40 years experience as Big Red Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control on the Gold Coast. Commenced in 1979 our services have always covered residential, commercial and industrial areas for our clients.

Over the last sixteen years we have seen huge changes within Big Red Services. I am extremely fortunate to have several key personnel by my side, however as the Owner and Manager I still hold myself completely responsible for the business. So, if at any time you are not 100 % happy with any of our services, please call me personally on 5539 6799 and tell me why. I really what to know as we all take pride in our work and keeping our clients happy.
All of our Technicians have undertaken training either with IICRC (Institiute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification), or The Daniels Institute of Australasia. They are all employees with Big Red Services NOT sub-contractors. Big Red Services is also a Certified Business with IICRC. Our Pest Technicians are all fully licenced with Queensland Health and hold I.D. cards. All Insurances are in place, plus Workcover Qld.
Big Red Services may not be the cheapest quote that you receive, but we won’t be the dearest either and believe in not cutting corners, we clean them ! We offer excellent service and professional advice regarding all of our services. We also use the best possible environmentally friendly products available to us. Which means you have peace of mind and confidence in a job done properly the first time, without damage to your property, safe for the family and environment.
Big Red Services has expanded our expertise to now cover Mould Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Termite Inspections. We still offer the old favourites Pest Management, Carpet / Upholstery / Tile Cleaning, Water / Flood Extraction, Mattress Sanitizing and Cleaning and Fabric Protection.
The Difference, as mentioned above, all of our Technicians are employees, NOT sub-contractors. Hence, our technicians don’t need to do the hard sell to make up their wages. Our team are all happy and work together extremely well, ranging from six down to two years service, so I guess that says a lot ! A happy employee is a productive employee.
Remember, if at any time you are not 100% happy with the work, our Operations Manager will happily return at no extra cost to yourself and redo the work until you are satisfied with the end result. If you’re not happy………… we are not happy as we take pride in our work. Our reputation is everything as most of our work comes from referrals.
